Draft Wind Energy Areas—Commercial Leasing for Wind Power Development on the Central Atlantic

TurbineHub recommends the approval of Wind Energy Areas (WEAs) (Primary and Secondary) A, B, C, D, E1, and E2 to the environmental assessment process as defined by BOEM. TurbineHub does not recommend the approval of WEA F to the environmental assessment process as there are WEAs with higher average wind speed and modeled capacity factors that are located closer to existing assets and/or potential interconnection points.
