Dylan Gust leads TurbineHub’s strategic direction, product innovation, and overall business operations.​

Previously, he was Director of Energy Investments at Monticello Energy Partners, managing private equity and direct investments in energy assets, including distressed asset acquisitions and mineral rights.​He also served as a Reservoir Engineer at OneMap Mineral Partners.
Mr. Gust earned a BS in Chemical Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin.

Daniel Bettinger leads TurbineHub's technology strategy, overseeing the development of advanced geospatial and financial modeling software for clean energy projects.
Before founding TurbineHub, he was an Analyst at S&P Global (formerly IHS Markit), specializing in data management and customer support within the energy sector.
Mr. Bettinger earned a BA in Geology and Business Analytics from the University of Colorado Boulder

James West is a Senior Advisor to TurbineHub and Head of Financial Market Strategy. He was formerly a Senior Managing Director and Partner at Evercore ISI, where he led clean energy infrastructure research. Mr. West was inducted into the Institutional Investor Hall of Fame in 2023.

His expertise is in clean energy finance, capital markets, and strategic investment advisory.

Mr. West supports TurbineHub by providing strategic guidance on financial market positioning, capital formation strategies, and client development, thus directly contributing to TurbineHub's innovative approach to clean energy financial analysis.
Mr. West previously served as Managing Director at Barclays and Lehman Brothers, covering energy technology and infrastructure.
Mr. West earned his B.A. in Economics from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

Dr. Michael Howland is an Technical Advisor to TurbineHub and Assistant Professor of Civil and Environmental Engineering at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT).
His expertise is in fluid mechanics, clean energy systems, and environmental modeling.
Dr. Howland supports TurbineHub by providing expert guidance on advanced fluid dynamics modeling, improving the accuracy of clean energy forecasts, and enhancing environmental modeling capabilities, thus directly contributing to TurbineHub's innovative approach to clean energy financial analysis.
Dr. Howland previously held a postdoctoral position at California Institute of Technology (Caltech) in Aerospace Engineering.
Dr. Howland earned his Ph.D. and M.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Stanford University, and a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Johns Hopkins University.
